How reliable are Ryanair's cabin crew, or Ryanair CEO Michael O'Leary. After trying for over 5 weeks to get a refund for the overcharge on my December 4th flight, I have strong doubts. I had contact with the Help Center 6 times, who each time escalated my claim and promised twice that I would receive an email within a few days from the people responsible for my refund claim. Nothing so far, nada. If you try a different way, you will receive advice that does not help you, they give you options such as Baggage claims, Refund due to delayed flights, etc. etc. Helping to commit fraud seems to be the most normal thing in the world for Ryanair.
